O videoclipe estreou no Disk MTV em 5 de abril, direto na primeira posição. No Top 20 Brasil exibido no fim daquela semana, apareceu em 3º, atrás de "Don't Wanna Let You Go", do Five, e "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely", dos Backstreet Boys.
"If Only" e "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely" ficaram seis semanas consecutivas brigando pela liderança do Top 20 Brasil. O trio só interrompeu o reinado da boy band em agosto, na batalha entre "This Time Around" e "The One".
